KYB Verification – Required Documents
To verify your business and activate your seller account, please upload the following documents based on your company type:
For Registered Companies (Limited, SRL, GmbH, etc.):
- Certificate of Incorporation or Business Registration
- Company’s VAT Number / Tax ID
- Memorandum or Articles of Association (if applicable)
- Shareholder / Director List (recent extract or company registry document)
- Utility Bill or Bank Statement (showing company address, not older than 3 months)
- Passport or ID of the Legal Representative(s)
All documents must be clear, valid, and in English or with a certified translation. WizBay may request additional information to comply with EU regulations.
